Logistics System Design and Realisation services are in particular focused on site master planning, warehouse design and implementation. The project approach is to build on the client’s objectives and integration of key activities into the entire supply chain. The service scope will be well-structured in project phases:

OUTSOURCING AND TENDER MANAGEMENT
Outsourcing has gained increasing importance over past decades in the logistics industry. Consulting services in this area of expertise aim to equally assist outsourcing companies and service providers (3PL) to determine supply chain needs. Also to help them with vendor selection for the former and developing solutions and proposals for customers for the latter. Consulting services are provided from the start through to implementation and closure of an outsourcing project. These services may also become an integral part of Design and Realization projects.
Key components comprise RFQ/RFI tender management, vendor evaluation, vendor selection and proposal preparation including cost calculations, presentation and negotiation.
LOGISTICS DIAGNOSTICS
Logistics is recognized as a key enabler for business improvement. An optimized logistics organization and well-structured logistics processes offer opportunities for better service levels and financial performance. Logistics Checks review how processes are set up within the client’s organization and provide recommendations on how to take action to improve the efficiency of the logistics set-up. Typically, the service scope is a short analysis using structured methodologies.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT [PM] AND
PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE [PMO]
PMO services maintain standards for project management and are centered on key areas such as scheduling, quality, cost and budget control. The client retains the responsibility for project management.
PM services are extended with responsibilities to manage and lead the project organization including delegation of tasks to project team members.
Interim Management is provided in combination and continuation of consulting projects as well as a stand-alone service. Clients benefit on the immediate availability of experienced logistics and supply chain management know for a defined period. Special know-how and typical assignments are in the field of logistics sales and solutions set-up, business implementation and integration, ad-hoc replacement in business development and operations.
